What is Network Marketing

Network Marketing, also called Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is one of the fastest growing industries of our time, creating more millionaires today than the ‘dot-com’ industry did before the bubble burst and is now being endorsed by many business leaders as a proven business system for anyone who wishes to achieve financial success.

Network marketing is the low-cost, and now high-tech industry that invites you to build your own business and earn a potentially high income while working from home on your own schedule, it is also called an Alternative Franchise because it has all the great advantage of a proven franchise. You can get started in net work marketing for less than 2,000 pesos and some legitimate network marketing company can get as low as 250.00 or 500.00 pesos with the upside potential of leveraging your business into a multi – million a year enterprise.

Network Marketing is considered as a B-type Quadrant Business because it is designed to expand to well over 500 networks and it continues to grow after YOU stop working.
Network marketing is today emerging as the Most powerful distribution method and the most appealing Enterprise model of the New Economy, it is an approach to sales and entrepreneurship so powerful that traditional companies are now borrowing its best features to apply to their operations. This is according to Prof. Charles W. King a marketing professor of the University Of Illinois.
So how thus this business model works. A network marketing company makes a product, then they join in partnership with a network of independent Business Owners ( I prefer to call it business owners than independent distributors or networkers because we are truly business owners in this industry.) each one in business for themselves. The company handles the research and development, finance, management, production, packaging, quality control, administration, shipping, data processing, and so on… and the company pays I.B.Os commission checks.

The business owners job is to market as much product as he or she can through a network of independent business owners, because I.B.O get paid on every product they sell and since the individual I.B.O can only sell a small volume of product personality; they get other people to join them in the business as I.B.O and the person gets a percentage of what these people sell as well.
There is no big mystery in network marketing. It is just another type of sales and distribution, only that you can build your business around it.
