Deciding To Quit or To Continue In Your Network marketing Business

A large majority of people that join a MLM business are at some point faced with the reality of making a decision on whether to continue, or to Quit the business. I would estimate that over 90% of people who enter these types of businesses are not successful, and are spending more money than they earn. It gets to a point where people will ask themselves “what is the point of continuing”? In some cases people quit too early, and were not far away from tasting success. In other cases people that are not seriously committed choose to continue and end up wasting their time and money.

No Excuses

You can make money or you can make excuses, but you can't make both at the same time. I have heard of a story of a man named Harlan, who was at the age of 65 this man has every excuse to play a victim. But instead of it he chose to be a Victor despite of his age and his statues. At one time Harlan owned a restaurant-motel-service station business he had build up over the years. He was once offered to sell his business for the amount of nearly $200,000 cash but he turns it down thinking that he is not ready to retire from his business. Unfortunately two years later the state had build a new superhighway bypassing his business. Within a year He lost his business and everything he had. Here was a man, 65 years old, flat broke, and no income other than a small monthly Social security check to live on.

What do we Teach?

We tell new Team members to be positive, but we don’t tell them the exact method to quickly reprogram their minds.

We tell new Team members to talk to their skeptical relatives and friends, but we don’t tell them exactly which statement to use to approach their prospects.

We tell new Team members to be leaders, but we do not teach them to be one

Our problem is that we are so excited about sponsoring the next new Team members that we forget our duty to develop and train our present Team members. Its human nature, but at least we can Train our selves to form that habit of sponsoring and teach what is most important to our team members.

I make a conscious decision to invest time, money and energy in every Team Partners that joins my Group. The key to your success depends so much of the quality of leaders you develop

And what’s really important about all this? It’s not what we teach and train, it is what our new Team members master. Usually the new Team members only masters two or three principles at best. That just means I must keep investing time and energy until the job is done.

My first encounter with network marketing in 2004 was not a pleasant one I was only interested for its financial gain as most people do when they first encountered it, I have never heard about network marketing before. That is why I was lured in to a get-rich quick scheme, I lose big money from that but that did not stop me from pursuing the industry , I read and learned about it by myself I had no up line support to mentor me but I was thankful that I have entered this business. Buying Smart!

Many consumers believe that they are saving every time they buy on a discount store. Are we truly saving on a discount store or are we spending? Supposing you are buying an item that is worth 100.00 pesos having a discount of 40% are you saving? NO! YOU DO NOT “SAVE” 40.00 pesos. You are still spending 60.00 pesos, for when you take out 60.00 pesos from your packet to buy, you do not only lose the 60.00 pesos you also lose the ability to invest that 60.00 pesos and grow money using it. That is why being a consumer is a big drain in your net worth, Buying takes away your money and not increasing it. Being just a costumer will never build you financial security. The truth is buying in a discount store do not save you money, Yes! you spend less but you are still spending.

MLM Leadership-How they Fail you

The success in your MLM career depends to a great extent on your sponsor and the quality of leaders in your MLM organization. More often than not the leaders bury the distributor even before the business failure can kill them.
Now this is a shocking statement to make but the quality of leadership in the network marketing industry is extremely poor. The industry which is touted as the future of enterprise – and I fully subscribe to this view – accounts for 99 % failures among all new entrants. This kind of failure rate is not conducive to the growth of the industry. For such high failure rates, the leaderships in MLM hold the main responsibility.
