On the road to financial Freedom it is essential
that you should know you’re “WHY” You’re WHY is the purpose behind your actions and your primary
motivation for accomplishing your goals or task at hand. So start with what you
wanted to accomplish in life and how will your business help you accomplish
them, this will fuel
you to focus on your work, and will give you the very reason why you do it.
Despite the inevitable difficulties you are sure to experience on the path to
your success.
So what is the Psychological reason behind
your Primary Aim or “your Why”?
It is a well-established principle of
psychology that a person’s act is always in harmony with the dominating
thoughts of his or her mind.
Your primary Aim (Why) when DELIBERATELY fix in
your mind and held There, with the firm determination to accomplish it, will
saturate the entire subconscious mind until it influences the physical to take
action towards the attainment of that purpose.
Therefore in building your business; your
network marketing business is not your first agenda.. YOU ARE!!
Your business is not your life, although it
will play a very important role. But before you can determine what that role
will be, you must ask your self you’re “WHY”
Your primary Aim is the answer to your
questions.
in his book Think and Grow Rich Napoleon Hill
said “ One must realize that all who accumulated great fortunes, first did a
certain amount of dreaming, hoping wishing, desiring, and planning before they
acquired money.”
You must have a strong desire that would
motivate you to move on. If an individual is only marginally committed to
achieving a certain goal. It is more likely that goal will never be accomplish.
The effort must be significant and significant effort only come from those who
have a burning desire to accomplish this purpose.
The stronger and truer your “Why” is to your
heart, the more it will motivate you, so here I ask you again. “What do you
value most? What kind of lifestyle do you want? What do you want your life to
look like, to feel like?”
Conceder all aspects of your primary Aim:
- Ask yourself why do you wish to do this?
- If you do it successfully, what will be the result?
- What are you going to do when this goal is accomplish?
- Visualize your circumstances after the goal is achieve.
Here are some reasons why you need to have a
powerful “Why”.
1. It will keep you in the business. Quitting
will not be an option.
2. It will motivate and inspire your team to
also work on their Why, which will keep them motivated
Write down your Why, read it daily until it is
embedded in your mind, and also tell it
to someone, and in addition create a sharing group with your Team, where each
one could share with each other their dreams and what they want to achieve.
Continue to refine your personal goals and work hard and smart to achieve it.
To Your success.
