Dealing with Negative People

In Building your network marketing business there are two kinds of negative people you will meet.
1. People who are uninformed or misinformed – this are the people who do not know anything about the business or do not know the FACTS of what network marketing truly is. They do not understand the business so they make fun of what you do, or try to make you look bad for doing something good. THIS PEOPLE YOU CAN HELP, if you are skilled enough to get them to listen.

DELAYED GRATIFICATION

Most people entering the Network Marketing Industry think in terms of immediate GRATIFICATION and getting rich quick, that is why thy quit easily. that is why there are few who are truly successful in this business, In network marketing you have to think long term and not short term, DO the work today and earn the rewards tomorrow. The business is not a sprint race but a marathon race. Apply the law of the farm in your business. How to Motivate Your Downline to Take Action


One of the most common dilemmas of new, emerging leaders in network marketing is how to motivate their downlines to take action.
No matter how many People you have sign-up for the program most of them or not one of them are truly getting involved in the Program, you give them the trainings and every thing for them to do the business. Even to the extent doing the business for them so they could get motivated to work with you as a Team. But nothing happens. Then it comes to your mind The Questions. What am I doing wrong?

What do we Teach?

We tell new Team members to be positive, but we don’t tell them the exact method to quickly reprogram their minds.

We tell new Team members to talk to their skeptical relatives and friends, but we don’t tell them exactly which statement to use to approach their prospects.

We tell new Team members to be leaders, but we do not teach them to be one

Our problem is that we are so excited about sponsoring the next new Team members that we forget our duty to develop and train our present Team members. Its human nature, but at least we can Train our selves to form that habit of sponsoring and teach what is most important to our team members.

I make a conscious decision to invest time, money and energy in every Team Partners that joins my Group. The key to your success depends so much of the quality of leaders you develop

And what’s really important about all this? It’s not what we teach and train, it is what our new Team members master. Usually the new Team members only masters two or three principles at best. That just means I must keep investing time and energy until the job is done.

I have been in the network marketing business for almost six years now. I have been to six network marketing companies trying to find the “real” company where I could fit in. I’ve experience a range of failures and success in this industry. The first network marketing company I have joined in March of 2005 was JC Spice. That was the start of my journey into the industry and my first failure however this did not stop me on my track, on pursuing a career in this industry

MLM Leadership-How they Fail you


The success in your MLM career depends to a great extent on your sponsor and the quality of leaders in your MLM organization. More often than not the leaders bury the distributor even before the business failure can kill them.
Now this is a shocking statement to make but the quality of leadership in the network marketing industry is extremely poor. The industry which is touted as the future of enterprise – and I fully subscribe to this view – accounts for 99 % failures among all new entrants. This kind of failure rate is not conducive to the growth of the industry. For such high failure rates, the leaderships in MLM hold the main responsibility.
